Not the dream of Arlathan lost, resplendent and eternal in memory as it never was in truth. Not the city elf dream of their Dalish cousins, mythic and wild, possessing a freedom as intangible as cupping smoke in their hands. Not the dream of a release from bondage, embracing the Qun over the whips of the magisters.
None of those dreams were hers. Since she was old enough to understand the stories of the fog dancer in her mother's group, Namarie dreamed only of what could never be: a free Seheron, unyoked from both the Qunari and the Imperium, with her people restored and their legends returned to life. All that was lost, restored. All that was stolen, reclaimed.
Is she bitter? Yes, she's bitter. She doesn't care for the mainland's wars or troubles. She doesn't care for their Blights and their darkspawn. What do they know of conflict? What do they know about a shifting world? Considering herself Seheroni first and foremost, she doesn't feel any real allegiance to the struggles of other elves, be they Dalish or city, although she recognizes their plight--and specifically how it affects her efforts as she struggles through the mainland.
But Namarie loves deeply, without cause or end, when she does love. And there is nothing she loves more than Seheron, her people. There is no task she would shirk from, no blade she would not raise in their defense. A former Fog Warrior, and child of Fog Warriors, she has left her homeland behind in a desperate hope of gaining powerful alliances to help throw the Qun and the Imperium both out of Seheron forever.
A warrior trained to dual-wield full size war axes, Namarie focuses on hitting hard and fast in true rebel fashion, crippling her opponent in a blur of speed and power. She does not like taking hits at all, and armors herself lightly for a greater range of motion.
She's reluctantly getting accustomed to the fact that no one outside of Seheron knows how to pronounce her name correctly.
LIST OF TALENTS: dual-weapon training, dual-weapon finesse, dual-weapon expert, dual-weapon mastery, dual striking, riposte.
LIST OF SKILLS: clarity, vitality, combat training, herbalism.
SPECIALIZATION: berserker.
