Higher ranked canon characters such as Warden-Commanders and First Enchanters may start with two specializations and more abilities/spells, within reason and subject to staff approval.
Your application thread title should be "FIRST NAME LAST NAME, class". When you're ready for staff to look at your app, just post (or repost it) in pending!
